Because the life you’ve built is worth protecting.
One trusted advisor for the technology, the privacy, and the peace of mind of a life well built.
We proactively protect your accounts, manage your devices, help prevent scams, and keep your household technology simple, secure, and running smoothly — quietly handled on your behalf, and never yours to manage alone.
Begin with the two-minute household questionnaire · In your home, by video, or by phone · A limited number of new households each month
The point isn’t fewer technology problems. It’s never having to manage them yourself.
Most technology help is reactive — you call only once something has already broken, and you take your chances with whoever answers. Meridian is the opposite: a quiet, proactive relationship where everything is handled for you. No call centers. No queues. No strangers. Only your advisor.
Four categories. One standard of care.
Designed for executives and business owners, for families caring for a parent who values independence, and for the household and estate managers who keep their world running.
Security & Scam Defense
Stronger locks on the accounts that matter most, protection against phone-number theft, and a household prepared for scams — with real support the moment one appears, and a clear plan for account recovery and your digital legacy. At the heart of it is our Pause Protocol — a simple, reliable way to verify anything before you act.
The Documented Household
Your devices, accounts, subscriptions, and service providers — understood, organized, and recorded in a living Household Technology Record, with clear priorities and family updates to trusted contacts, always with your consent.
A Home That Simply Works
Wi-Fi and network reliability, device health and updates, backups that have actually been tested, smart-home and streaming support, and patient, unhurried help — recurring frustrations resolved for good. No problem too small, no question too simple.
Ready Before It Matters
A written Family Continuity Plan — exactly what to do if a phone is lost, an account is compromised, or a scam is suspected — plus family coordination, vendor guidance, and a clear maintenance plan, so no one is ever left guessing.
Beginning is effortless.
The Private Introduction
Forty-five minutes, complimentary — in your home, by video, or by telephone, whichever feels most comfortable. We talk about your household and what you’d like handled, and you leave knowing exactly what I’d recommend. You’ll also learn the Pause Protocol — whether or not we ever work together.
Your First 90 Days
The relationship begins with a full in-home assessment and a written plan we approve together. Over ninety days, I secure, organize, document, and stabilize the household — the most urgent items first, everything verified before it’s called done.
Ongoing care, when it fits
Near the end of your ninety days, we design the right ongoing relationship for your household — from individual care to full estate and family-office stewardship — proposed in writing, and chosen by you. Never automatic, never assumed, and no long-term contracts.
Inside Step Two — the ninety days
Understand & prioritize
A full in-home assessment — you’ll know where your household stands before I leave, and your written report and Household Protection Plan follow within one business day.
Secure & organize
Accounts hardened and recovery verified; backups, devices, and the home network brought current and stable — the household documented as we go.
Verify & prepare
Every agreed item checked and documented — nothing is “done” until it’s verified. Your Record is completed and your Family Continuity Plan is delivered.
When it’s complete, your household holds
- A safer household — the agreed protections in place, tested, and verified
- Your Household Technology Record — the status of everything that matters, in one place
- Your Family Continuity Plan — exactly what to do when something goes wrong
- A clear maintenance plan — what needs attention, when, and by whom
Once your written Household Protection Plan is approved, the included, Meridian-controlled work is completed and documented within ninety days — or I continue that work at no additional professional charge until it is complete.
Your plan is written and agreed before the clock starts — the scope, the criteria, and who does what, in plain language. The engagement investment is presented privately at your Introduction, in writing — one number, stated plainly. Never a surprise, and never any pressure.
For nearly ten years, I’ve helped people with technology, and the same pattern kept standing out: support begins only after something has already gone wrong. The problem is rarely carelessness — most households simply don’t have one trusted person looking ahead, keeping things in order, and handling risks before they become emergencies.
Meridian is the opposite: one accountable advisor who knows your household and works to prevent problems rather than clean them up. I take on only a limited number of households, because this kind of care can’t be rushed. When you invite me in, you’re working with someone who treats your peace of mind as the whole job — because it is.
Status, never secrets.
The question careful families ask first: what exactly will Meridian know?
- We never hold your passwords. No passwords, PINs, or recovery codes are ever written in your Household Technology Record — anywhere. They live in a password manager controlled by you alone.
- Status words only. The Record shows what stands guard — account exists, protection on, recovery verified — never how to get past it. Accounts are noted by name and last four digits only.
- Context without exposure. Meridian keeps your Record current so each visit begins with understanding rather than starting over — and it is shared only as your household directs.
Meridian documents what your household has, what is protected, and what still needs attention — and never the keys to any of it.
Good to know.
