Privacy and discretion are central to how Meridian works — with your technology, and with your information. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide — name, email, phone, ZIP code, preferred contact method and time.
- Assessment answers — your responses to our fit questionnaire (household, residences, reasons for inquiry, level of care you're considering), plus any optional referral name or notes you choose to share.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site, and we ask you never to submit passwords, access codes, or account numbers.
How we use it
- To review your inquiry personally and respond — typically within one business day.
- To prepare for and deliver the services you request.
- To follow up about your inquiry by your preferred contact method. We do not send bulk marketing to assessment submissions.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our client-relationship system, HubSpot, which stores them on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as required to deliver services you've requested or as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information while it remains relevant to serving you or responding to your inquiry. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you.
