Privacy and discretion are central to how Meridian works — with your technology, and with your information. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, email, phone, preferred time, and who your request is for. If you arrive from one of our mailed cards, that is recorded so we know how people found us.
• Calls you schedule — if you choose a time for Brandon to call you, the name, email, and phone number you enter on the booking page.
• Meridian Signal signups — if you sign up for our free newsletter, The Meridian Signal: your first and last name, your email, which of four descriptions best fits you, and an optional short note on what brought you. Where you signed up (for example, at an event) is recorded so we know how people found us.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site, and we ask you never to submit passwords, access codes, or account numbers.

How we use it

• To review your inquiry personally and respond — typically within one business day.
• To prepare for and deliver the services you request.
• To follow up about your inquiry. We do not send bulk marketing to those who request a Private Introduction.
• To send The Meridian Signal, twice a month, only to those who sign up for it. Every edition carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed by replying to any edition. Signing up for the Signal is separate from requesting a Private Introduction and always your choice.

Who processes it

Form submissions, including Signal signups, are delivered to our client-relationship system, HubSpot, which stores them on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. Signal editions are sent individually from our own business email account, brandon@meridiantechcare.com, hosted by Google Workspace. Calls you schedule are held in that account’s Google Workspace calendar. This website is hosted by Netlify, which counts visits to each page from its own server records, so we can see how many people find the site and which pages they read. We see totals only, never who you are, and no cookies or tracking scripts are used. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as required to deliver services you've requested or as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information while it remains relevant to serving you or responding to your inquiry. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you.
